Autoquip's diverse, industry-leading high-capacity lift solutions include scissor lifts, vertical ram lifts, and vertical reciprocating lifts.

Common in industries where applications include heavy equipment assembly, vehicle loading and transfer (automotive lifts and garage lifts), or high-capacity material lift conveying systems, high capacity lifts are rated for 8,000 lbs. or more, and used less for ergonomic purposes as they are for process flow improvements and material handling safety.

Most high capacity material lifts are hydraulic, due to the cost efficiency of hydraulic actuation. Mechanical designs, using heavy duty or multiple actuators, are also available. Mechanical designs peak at 20,000 lbs. capacity, and hydraulic high capacity designs peak at 120,000 lbs. or more.
